3.1 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age - Our Services are intended for adults only. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be barred from using our Services under applicable laws

If you are a parent or guardian, you may use our Services to create products featuring content from minors in your care (such as children's drawings for our Drawing to 3D service). You are responsible for all activity on your account and any content you upload.

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You may register using your phone number with OTP verification, email address, or Google OAuth.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our Services:

• You are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price
• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer and formation of a contract
• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout
• Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Zoho Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

• Full payment is required before order processing begins
• We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards

6.1 Your Content

Our Services allow you to upload content including drawings, images, photographs, and design preferences ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in the content

6.2 License Grant

By uploading User Content, you grant Sketch2Shape a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This license is limited to providing our Services to you and does not grant us ownership of your original content.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or pornography
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains trademarked logos or copyrighted characters without authorization
• Violates any applicable laws of India

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, software, design tools, pre-designed models (Gallery), graphics, logos, and all content provided by Sketch2Shape are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 AI-Generated Designs

Regarding designs generated by our AI-powered TrulyTheirs service:

• The AI generates unique designs based on your input preferences
• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the design for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not commercially exploit, resell, or mass-produce AI-generated designs without written permission
• The underlying AI technology and algorithms remain our exclusive property

7.3 Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you upload. The 3D models created from your uploaded drawings or images are considered derivative works. You retain rights to your original uploaded content and receive a personal license to use the 3D-printed product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to display settings and 3D printing material properties
• Minor variations in texture and finish are inherent to 3D printing technology
• Dimensions are approximate and may have minor tolerances
• Preview images are representations and the final product may have slight differences

9.2 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, made according to your specifications and design choices, and safely packaged for shipping.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it within 24-48 hours of delivery (depending on issue type) with mandatory unboxing video evidence. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details on deadlines and evidence requirements.

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at pgrudrakshi@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any disputes within 30 days.

12.2 Consumer Grievance Redressal

As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve complaints within 30 days.

12.3 Consumer Forums

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
